Interneto Vizija, part of an international group of companies, is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist for CRM & Content specialist to join our global marketing team. This role is based in Lithuania but is global in scope, supporting multiple brands and markets across the group rather than focusing solely on the Lithuanian brand. We offer a variety of online solutions for everyone – from individual users to large enterprises – to help them succeed and stay safe online. These include comprehensive hosting solutions, domain registration and management, cybersecurity, and growth tools.

You will be responsible for:

• Crafting copy and graphics for our websites, social media, and newsletters.
• Creating and adapting marketing content for multiple brands and markets across the group.
• Launching campaigns and enhance features on each brand’s website.
• Creating seasonally appropriate and timely content for social media.
• Creating high-quality, persuasive campaigns based on the Global campaign plan.
• Identifying opportunities of improvement in marketing activities.
• Manage and report on results for newsletters and SMS, as well as suggesting areas for improvement.
• Ensuring clear, accurate, and error-free communication to build and maintain relationships with our loyal customers, in line with industry standards and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate daily with our international marketing team and local colleagues in Lithuania.

What we expect from You:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or communications.
• Strong writing skills – for both short-form and long-form content.
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
• A creative and hands-on approach to marketing.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• An eye for design and user experience (UX).
• Fluency in English.
• Practical experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation, including copywriting, idea generation, content localisation, campaign planning, or improving daily workflow efficiency.

Salary:

2000-2400 €/mon. gross depending on your experience.
